He was considered a teacher and a prophet. He was ordained by the Ruach HaKadosh/Holy Spirit to rescue Ephraim from the nations. He was from the island of Cyprus. He observed Shabbat with the Jewish people. He was a key speaker and delegate at the Acts 15 Jerusalem Council.
